The US Government took a big decision to increase the cost to get H-1B visa now. Fees for Registration for H-1B visa will increase from $10 to $250 and the application for fees for H-1B visa has increased from $460 to $780.



EB-5 visa fee has increased from $3675 to $11,160. L-1 Visa fee has also increased from $460 to $1385. The increased fees on visa will be applicable with fact from 1 April, 2024.


The US government has increased the fees for H-1B, L-1 and EB-5, which effect the pocket of Indians as the maximum number of visa's are issued to Indians.




What is H-1B Visa and to whom it is issued?


The H-1B visa is a non-immigrant visa which is given to the person who wish to go to US for work. This visa is to issue with the validity period of 6 years.
